Situated on Decanituan Island, ten minutes from Coron town, this resort is owned and run by Gunther Bernert since 1993.

The emphasis here is on Technical Diving, in particular TDI/SDI diving, though PADI courses are available too. The only courses not catered for are Tri-Mix. Gunther has been in Coron for quite some time now and has an intimate knowledge of the wrecks. He also runs his dive operation in the disciplined manner one has come to expect from our German friends. So, if it's twin-sets and tech diving you are after, this is the place for you.

Accommodation is bungalow style, constructed of traditional materials, and situated up the hill from the restaurant and the small beach. There is no swimming pool nor air con rooms.

The standard, all-inclusive, rate is US$75.00 per night and includes full-board and two wrecks dives per day.

Another attraction here is the horse riding facility of which Gunther is a part owner.

Situated in a beautiful valley just 1km from the town of Coron - tricycles will take you there for a very modest sum.

There are several trails around the Horse Valley Ranch. Trips can vary from one hour to a full day of horseback riding. The scenery is spectacular. You can see farms cropping sweet potatoes, bananas, pineapple etc. Jungle, rivers and hills with an excellent view over the the Islands of Busuanga.

1/2 day trips are only Php600.00 while a full day is Php1,200.00.
